Eric, Partner at Woodley Real Estate directs Woodley Real Estate’s commercial portfolio and oversees aspects of tenant representation, build to suit negotiations, real estate development, real estate investment, acquisitions and dispositions.
Eric specializes in negotiating competitive agreements that uniquely position his clients to achieve their greatest success. Creative problem solving and sharp negotiating are his strengths and have drawn many of Utah’s biggest companies to rely on him for their dynamic real estate needs. Passionate about the Utah Tech Community, Eric is an active investor in both direct investment as well as a current LP in several of the seed funds in the state. Eric is also a partner in a local home office that is real estate centric with assets across the country.
Eric received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business.
Eric resides in Highland, UT with his wife and three children.

John’s work ethic and proven success have given him the designation as one of Utah’s leading luxury real estate agents. With over 20 years of experience and over $2 Billion in real estate transactions, spanning all aspects of residential real estate and real estate investing, John has gained a keen understanding of the real estate market and its dynamic trends, which enables him to anticipate client needs and adeptly represent client interests.
John earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate investment.
John resides in Highland, UT with his wife and four daughters and is an avid skier and mountain biker.
Brycen, Partner at Woodley Real Estate, is responsible for managing the complex logistics and operations that are the backbone of Woodley Real Estate’s diverse portfolio. Brycen works alongside Eric as they lead Woodley Real Estate’s commercial division touching all aspects of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, land, and development. Brycen’s responsibility and influence spread throughout Woodley Real Estate’s contracting, marketing, operations and finance divisions. In each of these areas his mastery of details and keen eye for innovation yield greater efficiencies, significant cost savings and increased profitability for Woodley Real Estate and our clients.
Brycen is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business Management. Brycen later graduated from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark where he received a Juris Doctor degree.
Brycen resides in Sandy, UT with his wife and five children and enjoys home improvement projects and exploring the great state of Utah.
